The ‘Latet Ruach’ (Tikva to-go) project welcomes you to this website (“Site”) and encourages you to share your hope with us and with others. 
These terms of use (“Terms”) apply when you use our Site and its content, or when you upload content to the Site or when you share links to or via the Site.
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, you signify your acceptance of these Terms and the Community Standards. If you do not agree to these Terms or to the Community Standards, you may not access or use the Site in any manner.
We respect your rights and your privacy. Please read carefully these Terms and the Community Standards, as these constitute a binding agreement between you and us.

Sharing Content
Subject to the Terms, the use of the Site is intended solely for the purpose of sharing content and messages by uploading content to the Site, or by sharing links with us or of the Site, within the framework of the Site. The Site may not be used for any other purpose without our prior written authorization.
All content you share with us by uploading it the Site through files, messages or links must be in accordance with the Community Rules and these Terms, provided that you are an adult who’s age is 18 years old or older.
If you are under the age of 18, you are not allowed to access or use the Site and the services without the consent of your parent or legal guardian, as well as to obtain their approval when sharing content with us or with others.
Any activity carried out by children under the age of 18 requires consent from a parent or legal guardian, and all responsibility will be deemed to be undertaken by its parent or legal guardian.
We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s usage of the Site and all content their children share with us by uploading it the Site through files, messages or links. Parents and legal guardians must instruct their children to only share content with us or on the Site under their monitoring and permission.
If we need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing personal information related to you and your country requires consent from a parent or legal guardian, we require your parent’s consent before we collect and use that information.
Subject to the Terms, you grant us a worldwide, unlimited, non-exclusive, non-revocable, transferable right to use the content you share with us or upload to the Site, in accordance with our objectives and purposes.
When you share content with us through files, messages or links or uploading them to the Site, you authorize us to share, upload, make available or publish the content on the Site, and you waive any right in the content of the files, messages or links, to the extent that you have or may have therewith.
We make great efforts to display content shared with us, whether uploaded to the Site or shared within the Site by messages or links, as accurately and identical as possible to the content shared with us.
However, we may, in our sole discretion, not authorize or approve certain content or links that violate the Community Standards or these Terms, including content that we believe may be inappropriate or not suit to the purpose and objective of the Site, or any content that may contain expressions of violence, hate speech, sexually inappropriate content, incitement to racism and discrimination, or content that may harm the general public, the national morale, or the official symbols of the State of Israel.
From time to time, we may modify or enhance our Site and may offer additional content. The additional content may be governed by additional or different terms which will be provided by us.

Acceptable Use
You may use the Site, its services, and the Site’s content that we make available for their intended purpose only. Except as explicitly provided in the Terms, you may not use the Site, its services, and the Site’s content for any other purpose.
You may not access or use the Site, or link to the Site, for any activity which constitutes or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, foreign law or industry standard, including, without limitation, any applicable laws and regulations governing intellectual property, privacy, defamation, fraud, mass email, spam, harassment, obscenity, hate-speech, consumer protection, false advertising, or any other deceptive practices.
You may not access or use the Site for, or in connection with, to upload, post, email, transmit, record, provide a recording, or otherwise make available any information and materials that infringe a third-party’s right, especially privacy, publicity and intellectual property rights; software viruses, trojan horses, worms, and any other malicious codes to computers and networks.
You may not use the Site, or link to the Site, for any commercial or business purpose that is not expressly permitted by the Terms, including, but not limited to, providing the Site to third-parties by reselling, licensing, renting, leasing, transferring, lending, timesharing, assigning, mirroring, redistributing or displaying the Site, or any part thereof, without our prior written and explicit permission.
Please note that we may, at any time and at our sole discretion, delete any content and material from our Site and servers, in whole or in part, without maintaining any backup copy.

Data Privacy
You are not obliged by applicable law to provide us with personal information, and the provision of personal information by you is based on your informed and express consent.
When you share with us content or upload it to the Site, we obtain the following personal information related to you, such as name, city and country of residence. When you submit a request, report or complaint by ‘Contact Us’, you will be asked to provide us with personal information such as name, email address or phone number, and any additional information that we need in order to process your request, report or complaint.
When you access or use the Site, the Site will collect your usage data, along with any details provided by you for analytics purposes.
We use personal information related to you for the following purposes: (a) to share the content and provide the services through the Site; (b) to respond to requests, inquiries or complaints; and (c) to maintain the Site, content and services.

Our Site, services and content are not specifically directed toward children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18.
We share personal information related to you within our organization. Moreso, we engage third parties to provide us with data hosting service providers and analytics.
We store and process information, including personal information, either directly or using third parties, such as data hosting service providers. The laws of the territories where your data will be stored and processed can differ from the laws of the jurisdiction in which you live.
If you are a resident in a jurisdiction where the transfer of personal information related to you to another jurisdiction requires your consent, then you provide us with your informed and express consent to such transfer.
We will retain information about you as permitted by applicable laws, unless such applicable laws require us to delete it or if we decide to remove it at our discretion, according to these Terms.

We make great efforts to ensure compliance with our Community Standards or these Terms. However, errors, mistakes, and malfunctions may occur from time to time.

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Site, its content, or its services are owned by us or licensed to us, or we obtained the required rights or permits for their use. All rights, titles, and interests in and to the content uploaded or shared on the Site, including links, belong solely to the person who uploaded them to the Site or shared them, or to a third party, who granted the rights or permitted their use.
Unless as expressly provided under the Terms, we do not grant any rights to copyrights, trademarks (whether registered or unregistered), trade names, trade secrets, domain names, or any other rights, functions, or licenses with respect to the Site and its services.
Unless as expressly permitted in the Terms, you may not copy, distribute, display or perform publicly, sublicense, make available to the public, adapt, make commercial use, process, sell, lend, rent, modify or create derivative works of the Site or any part thereof or any content thereof, either by yourself or by a third party on your behalf, in any way or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical or optical means, without our prior express written authorization.
We do not claim ownership over your content. However, you hereby grant us a license or permission, which survives any termination of the Terms, to use and process any content you upload or share with us through our Site and its services for the purposes under the Terms.

Changes and Availability
We may, from time to time, change the Site’s content, structures, layouts, designs or displays, as well as the scope and availability of the information and content therein, without giving any prior notice. Changes in these characters, by their very nature, are likely to result in glitches or cause inconvenience. We will not be held responsible for any outcome of these changes and failures resulting from them.

Termination of the Site’s Operation
We may, at any time and at our sole discretion, discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the operation of the Site, or any part thereof, without prior notice. As such, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we may block, remove, or delete any content or links on or from the Site without maintaining any backup copy.

The Site’s operation is dependent upon various factors such software, hardware, communication networks and hosting services. We do not warrant that the Site will operate in an uninterrupted or error-free manner, or that the Site will always be available, free from all harmful components, or that at all times the Site will be completely safe, and secured from unauthorized access to our computers, immune from damages, free of malfunctions, bugs or failures.

Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, our Site and the services, and any claim, cause of action or dispute arising out of or related thereto, will be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, regardless of your country of origin or where you access the Site, and without giving effect to any conflicts of law principles, which would result in the conflict of the laws of a jurisdiction other than the State of Israel.
The competent courts in the district of Tel Aviv, will have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any claim in connection with these Terms, our Site and the services, and in respect of any matter relating to the validity, applicability, performance, or interpretation of these Terms.
You hereby agree to such exclusive governing law jurisdiction, accept service of process by any means permitted by applicable law, and waive any jurisdictional, conflict of law, or venue defenses otherwise available to you.
